"Our experience with Christie and her team at the Back Road Bistro was fantastic. They catered our back yard wedding party for about 40 people. Christie really listened to our goals and needs and provided options that exceeded our initial expectations. She was flexible right up to the last moment with small changes. She accommodated the dietary needs of our group including gluten free, vegetarian, and kosher options. The day of our event her team created the most perfect dining experience we could have hoped for in our back yard by the lake as the sun set. We could not have been happier. "We hired Christie of Backroad Bistro to do our daughter's wedding last October. We are on Wolfe Island, but she will go anywhere. The price was right and a very good value. My daughter has food allergies and Christie worked with her to ensure she and other guests would have a hearty fall meal. It was delicious and lovely!
